Large Part & Large Component Precision CNC Machining

Silicon Valley Precision, Inc. has large part machining capability up to 214 inches long. Our SNK RB2NM Bridgemill has a work envelope of 107" x 66" x 48" with 5 face capability and probing. We also have 2 Awea bridgemills with work envelopes of 78" x 47" x 34" with 4th axis capability. We work with a variety of materials and forms including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Iron, and Plastics. We work with castings, extrusions, plate, bar, and weldments. We are experts at creative fixturing and tooling and apply the latest in cutting tool technology to maximize customer value and quality. We have full 3d programming and cutting capability and are able to import most file types directly into our cam software
